River profiles benefits from two state of the art CNC Drill lines, which gives us capacity to process a wide range of beams, columns and other steels. Using laser diodes to measure materials and a 6 change tool holder reduces marking out and drilling time.
Recently we purchased a larger semi-automatic saw to take the load off of our existing saw. With a rectangular capacity of 720mm x 450mm & a max diameter of 510mm we are also able to cut 45 degree mitres, making this addition an invaluable purchase as the machine is loaded with motorised rollers which heavily increased productivity and reduced handing.
